Midsummer Dinner

To celebrate the longest night of the year we are hosting a very special ticketed midsummer dinner. 

The evening will feature a traditional feast by three of Philadelphia's leading chefs - Joncarl Lachman (Noord, The Dutch), Josh (Farm & Fisherman), Lee Styer (Fond, The Dutch). 

Joncarl Lachman and Lee Styer are longtime friends and now owners of The Dutch. They serve Dutch and Pennsylvania Dutch style breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner with rave reviews. Lachman also owns Noord where he constantly likes to create new, inventive Northern European styled dishes. Styer, likewise, is very busy running his restaurant Fond, a small French inspired BYOB on Passyunk Avenue.

Joshua Lawler is the chef and owner of the Farm and Fishman BYOB, a 2012 James Beard semifinalist for “Best New Restaurant” in America. Growing up alongside his grandfather, a butcher, and tending to a quarter-acre farm in his backyard has inspired him to proudly promote the area’s farmers, including those from neighboring Lancaster County.

Whoever said “too many cooks in the kitchen” was wrong. These three chefs in the kitchen will be nothing short of a dream team, putting together a Swedish inspired feast that will not disappoint!
